Equipment

  • Immersion Tank, Balance, Beakers

Ingredients
  

  • 110 g Coarse ground coffee hand grind or buy course
  • 1600 mL Filtered water
  • 1/8 tsp Real Salt

Instructions
 

  • Weigh and Grind coffee
  • Add water, mix, store at 4C for 16-48hrs
    A touch of salt takes the bitter aftertaste away

Notes

The course ground beans are much bigger than the biggest setting on my hand grinder.  The small powder tend to clog the tank and require additional filtration.  I store in the refrigerator door so it gets mixed each time the door is opened.
